1. Set the secret key
In Netlify: Site settings → Environment variables → Add: key STRIPE_SECRET_KEY, value your test mode sk_test_….
2. Create products in Stripe
Either by hand at Stripe → Products, or run the bulk script (see project README → "Stripe sync").
3. Copy each Price ID
Open a product → under "Pricing" copy the price_… ID. The bulk script writes these straight into inventory.json.
4. Cart works
Visitors hit Add to cart, the cart drawer shows totals, Checkout POSTs to the Netlify Function, redirects to Stripe, payment, done.
Test mode: use card 4242 4242 4242 4242, any future expiry, any CVC. Stripe will route you back to the site at /?checkout=success. When you're ready, swap the env var to your live sk_live_… key.
Card images
Resolve image URLs for items missing them. Tries Pokemon TCG API first (free, public), then falls back to PriceCharting cover URLs.
Stripe sync
Bulk-create Stripe Products + Prices for every item in inventory that doesn't have a stripe_price_id yet.
Requires STRIPE_SECRET_KEY set in Netlify env vars. Uses your live deployment's API endpoint, so this only works on the deployed site.

Next steps
1. Download inventory.json above.
2. In your GitHub repo: Add file → Upload files, drop it in, commit to main.
3. Netlify auto-deploys (~30s). Visitors see the new inventory.
4. For checkout: each item needs a Stripe price_… ID. Run the bulk-import script (see README) or add them by hand in the Single item form.
